The best of both worlds
Case 1: A 61-year-old woman with a 1.9-centimeter, poorly differentiated, ER/PR-positive,
HER2-negative invasive ductal carcinoma with one positive node (from the
practice of Enza Esposito Luke, RN, MSN, ONP)
Case 2: A 50-year-old premenopausal woman who presented with a fungating,
ulcerated breast mass. Breast biopsy revealed a poorly differentiated, ER/PR-positive,
HER2-negative infiltrating ductal carcinoma, and staging workup
revealed diffuse metastatic disease to the bones, lung and liver (from the practice
of Desiree Grogan, RPA-C)
